Where are  your reborn baby dolls?

In the United Kingdom, we have warehouses in London and Manchester. While in the United States, we have warehouses in New Jersey and San Francisco. So we will send out orders from the nearest warehouse according your shipping address to help you receive it as fast as you can.

How long will I receive my order?

We usually arrange shipment within 24 hours after clear payment received. The estimated delivery time to shipping addresses in the UK is 1-3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. And 2-7 working days to shipping addresses in the United States via USPS/DHL/FedEx. Please feel free to contact us if you want to be informed of the update.

Can I cancel my order before shipment?

Yes. If you place an order by mistake or don’t want it any more, we can cancel it for you before shipment. Please contact us ASAP if you change your mind. Once the order is dispatched and in transit, we are not able to cancel it. But you can pay postage and return it for refund after its delivery. Thank you very much for your understanding.

How can I track my order after the shipment?

You can see the tracking number and its carrier after the shipment and easily track it online. You can also contact us by live chat  or email us at service@pyddolls.com if we are offline. We usually reply you within 24 hours during working days.

Can I change the shipping address or buy it for my friend?

We ship to your order address only. Please make sure the shipping address is complete and correct before make the payment. If you do need to change the shipping address after payment, please contact us ASAP before the order is dispatched. If you buy it for others, you can simply write the recipient’s address in your order.

Do you offer Click & Collect service?

Due to the impact of COVID-19, currently, we only provide safe delivery services. You need to pay it online even if you live near from our warehouse. Thanks for your understanding. If you need it urgently, please contact us to pay extra shipping for faster shipping method.

Are these baby dolls safe for kids?

The material of our baby dolls conforms to the safety requirements of United States ASTM F963 and European Union EN71. You can buy them with confidence for your kids.

Can the baby take a bath?

Only the baby with a full silicone vinyl body could be immersed into the water and play with your lovely child in bathroom. Baby with cloth body could not be put into water.

Do the reborn dolls have movable parts?

The arms and legs of the reborn baby dolls can be moved up and down. Please move them back and forth gently to avoid possible damage.

How to take care of my baby dolls?

a) They are pose-able but please be gentle when you move any part of the body. Due to the delicate nature of each doll, please take extra care when you touch the heads or take off the clothing.

b)Alcohol or other dry cleaning agents will damage the painting. Please avoid using ink or markers near your dolls since they can be stained and permanently damaged. To preserve the fresh appearance and bright colors of your dolls, you need to keep the dolls out of direct sunlight and to dust it regularly, especially inside the folds of the costumes.

c) A metal comb is recommended to prevent knotting.

Why is my doll turning black/blue?

Your doll is made from luxurious vinyl. Unfortunately, certain dyed fabrics can transfer color to your doll’s skin. Make sure that any clothing that did not come with the doll is pre-washed to avoid transferring dyes to your doll’s skin. You may also want to avoid dark-toned clothing, specially light skin tones to prevent this problem.

How can I request a return for exchange or refund?

Money back guaranteed. We have a 35 days return policy. In case you don’t like the item received, you can return it for exchange or refund. Please contact us first before return. The doll with all accessories should be kept in pristine condition. We will process refund for you within 3 working days after we receive the item and confirm their condition.

If there is any quality problem when you receive it, please contact us for the best resolution. We can offer you a prepaid return label for exchange or full refund. Your 100% satisfaction is our aim. You can shop from us with confidence.

Why doesn't the baby doll feel as soft as I expected?

The material of our baby dolls is simulation vinyl. It feels a bit harder than silicone but has advantage that silicone doesn’t have. It makes their face expression more vivid and make their limbs be able to move back and forth so as to bring more fun to kids.
